Winslade Park

The Tourism Summit will be hosted at Winslade Park in Exeter, a contemporary and inspirational venue providing the space and environment to discuss ground-breaking ideas, provoking discussion and decisions now that will impact tomorrow's tourism industry.

Nestled on the outskirts of Exeter, surrounded by 86 acres of stunning parkland, Winslade Park is an event space in the same location as Winslade Manor, an early 19th century manor house that's been lovingly restored from its classical origins into a lifestyle destination.

Sustainable & local

The lunch provided at The Tourism Summit will be from Winslade Manor's renowned chef, Matt Mason, who ensures the majority of his produce is from small local suppliers, cutting down food miles significantly.

Matt works with the best local farmers, butchers, greengrocers and fishermen in the region, ensuring his dishes' ingredients are the freshest and highest quality possible. Matt’s also mindful of his carbon footprint and chose to use induction hobs rather than gas in the Winslade kitchen.
